1. Your Online Coaching Session

a) Your booking for the online coaching session is made between Get The Breakthrough and the signatory of your session, who must be over 18 years of age (‘you’). All correspondence addressed to Get The Breakthrough and your payment details will be used to confirm your training session booking. 

 b) The contract between you and your Get The Breakthrough training coach is in all circumstances to be governed by these booking conditions.
 

2. CHANGES BY YOU
a) Amendments must be confirmed in writing, signed by you or any authorised member of your group. They will come into effect on the day they are received by Get The Breakthrough. You agree to indemnify Get The Breakthrough for any reasonable expenses incurred in making an amendment whether or not Get The Breakthrough succeeds in confirming your request.
 

3. CANCELLATION BY YOU
a) Any cancellation will only come into effect the day written notice is received by Get The Breakthrough and will be refunded as shown in the table below.

b) You may be able to reclaim these charges under the terms of your agreement depending on the reason for your cancellation, such as force majeur.
 

4. TRAINEE RESPONSIBILITIES

a) As part of this contract you hereby agree to guarantee full payment for your online coaching session.

b) Please treat your online training session with care and respect. Behaviour deemed unacceptable by Get The Breakthrough will result in the termination of your online coaching session and you shall have no right to a refund or any expenses incurred as a result of the termination.
 

c) For key note speeches or group coaching session, a deposit will be a compulsory component, to protect against loss and/or damage pertaining to fixtures, fittings and possessions. This deposit is payable by cheque or by letter of credit card authorisation for the specified corporate event. This deposit is payable with your balance. 

d) Get The Breakthrough will be entitled to recover the cost of any damage caused by any trainee during any training or keynote speech session.

5. GET THE BREAKTHROUGH’S RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Get The Breakthrough accepts responsibility for ensuring that the online training session which you book with Get The Breakthrough, is supplied with a qualified training coach as described in the booking information and on our website.

b) Get The Breakthrough accepts responsibility for any loss, injury or illness caused by the negligent acts and/or omissions of Get The Breakthrough employees and/or coaches, whilst acting within the scope of their employment in the provision of your online coaching session, except where the failure to perform or the improper performance was due to:

1) Your own acts or omissions.
2) Acts or omissions of a third party not involved or included in your online coaching session booking.
3) Circumstances which were unforeseeable or unavoidable even when exercising all due care, such as force majeur.
4) Get The Breakthrough liability shall in all cases be limited in accordance with international conventions concerning transportation and Internet connectivity.
 

6. HEALTH, PASSPORTS AND VISAS
a). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health before / during your online training session. For group sessions and corporate events such as team-building, it is the trainees’ responsibility to ensure that all travel and passport documents are in proper order before you travel. Get The Breakthrough accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of your failure to take reasonable care in this respect.

7. ANY PROBLEMS
a) In the unlikely event that you are ever unhappy or unsatisfied with any aspect of your online coaching session, you must address your complaint immediately to our staff. In the unlikely event that your problem cannot be resolved locally, you must inform Get The Breakthrough, in writing, of your complaint within 28 days of your online training session so that any rights to compensation can be examined.
 

8. GENERAL
These booking conditions and any matters arising from them are subject to and governed by U.A.E law. To the best of our knowledge all details were accurate at the time of going to print.

9. DISCLAIMER

Some Get The Breakthrough coaches may be working with other firms or global companies, as full or part-time staff. This will not affect any aspect of your online training session, nor its guaranteed quality.
